the firm’s contractual obligations and ensures that adequate personnel and other resources are made available for
each project. Karl will be held accountable for the quality and timeliness of RPA’s performance and is committed
to deliver a successful project to our clients.

Steve is responsible for site civil/infrastructure projects within
RPA. His clientele includes residential, commercial, industrial,
public, and utility entities. His specialties include site civil, drainage,
utility, survey, scheduling and budget control.

WATER RESOURCES/DRAINAGE
Frank is responsible for hydrologic, hydraulic and water resource projects within RPA. His clientele includes residential, commercial, industrial, public and utility entities. His project experience includes Corp of Engineers, Flood Control Districts, Floodplains, Storm Drains and Pump Stations. His specialties include storm water analysis, storm water control, agency coordination and permitting.

Josh is responsible for transportation and related facilities projects

Joe is responsible for managing our Survey and Right-of-way
